At Caring Hands we know how important it is that your loved ones have peace of mind and reassurance that your visits have taken place at the times you want them, that the Care Workers stay the correct amount of time and that we are providing the care and support that you have asked for.
That is why we use an online digital system called OnCare to record all the visits our Care Workers make, including the care and medication support we have provided. Your loved one will receive live updates, through their own secure personal login, of each Care Worker visit providing greater transparency and reassurance that loved ones are being cared for in a respectful and personal way.
