At Caring Hands, we believe in promoting staff from within where an individual demonstrates the skills, attributes, and qualities for a more senior role. We nurture the individual through training, qualifications, personal and professional development, mentoring and coaching. All our team that hold a more senior care role, including our Registered Manager, have all been promoted from the position of Care Worker.
We realise at Caring Hands more senior roles do not come up every day, as we remain a small company providing that personal touch. What we can offer you is the support and encouragement to move into a more senior role in the health and care sector. We have supported some of our Care Workers to move onto roles within nursing, the paramedic service and mental health.
