Please thank Carol for her swift and professional approach to care for my wife. When Carol arrived at our home my wife was in a lot of pain, so Carol called 111. She communicated well with Georgina in the office, allowing me to get home quickly to find Carol had everything under control, including organising the paramedics. All thanks to professional training
